Terms and Conditions

Welcome to First Aid Executives, the trading name of First Aid One Ltd. Located at Sterling House, 71 Francis Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, United Kingdom, B16 8SP, and registered under the company number 09215533, We are dedicated to providing high quality first aid and health and safety training courses. Our Terms and Conditions reflect our commitment to offering a transparent and professional experience to all our participants.

1. Booking Confirmation: A place on the course is only confirmed once full payment is received.
2. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing. A refund will be given for cancellations received at least 14 days before the course date, less a 30% administration fee. No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of the course.
3. Course Transfer: Participants may transfer to another course, subject to availability, if the request is made at least 14 days before the original course date.
4. Non-attendance: No refunds will be given for non-attendance.
5. Course Cancellation by First Aid Executives: In the unlikely event of a course cancellation, a full refund or transfer to an alternative date will be offered.
6. Data Protection: Personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and will only be used for the purposes of course administration and delivery.
7. Liability: First Aid Executives is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage, including but not limited to travel costs or lost earnings, in the event of a course being cancelled or rescheduled.
8. Course Content: We reserve the right to change the content, timing, date, venue or instructor of the course in order to provide a high-quality service or where it is necessary for reasons beyond our control.
9. Health and Safety: Participants must comply with health and safety regulations while at the training venue.
